At Mrityunjay Yogpeeth we feel that the secret to teaching an inspiring yoga class at the instruction of great teachers and we encourage you to come and help us work on it. Our teaching faculty is a dedicated collective of Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Trainers who have an organic passion for the teachings and are fully grounded with traditional and contemporary practices of Yoga.
Our teachers are not simply proponents of yoga, but rather lifelong students, mentors, and grounded practitioners of yoga on and off the mat. Whether your are aspiring to be a 200 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), a 500 hour registered yoga teacher (RYT 500), or to grow deep within your dedicated path with an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT 500), our teaching staff has the knowledge and spiritual foundation to guide your growth.

DR. ANIRUDH- Yoga Philosophy & Methodology Teacher
Bio-Dr. Anirudh is the visionary Director of Mrityunjay Yogpeeth and a highly respected teacher of Yoga Philosophy, Vedanta, and Indian scriptures. With a deep academic and spiritual background, he brings clarity, authenticity, and practicality to the ancient wisdom of yoga.
Holding a doctorate in Indian Philosophy and over 15 years of teaching experience, Dr. Anirudh is known for his ability to make complex philosophical teachings—like Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and Upanishads—simple, relatable, and transformative for students from all backgrounds.
Lead Instructors
Our Lead Instructors are master practitioners and Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 500, ERYT 500) who provide their perspective on a variety of subjects, sharing decades of accumulated in-person study and teaching. Their purpose is to maintain the integrity of yogic teachings by emphasising a student-first teaching philosophy that supports transformation and self-awareness.
DINESH MISHRA- Hatha Yoga Asanas and Meditation Teacher
Bio-Dinesh Mishra is a dedicated Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher with a calm, grounded presence and a deep connection to traditional yogic practices. At Mrityunjay Yogpeeth, he guides students through classical asanas, pranayama, mantra chanting, and various forms of meditation, helping them cultivate balance, inner stillness, and self-awareness.
With 9+ years of teaching experience and a heart-centered approach, Dinesh brings clarity and depth to every session. His teachings reflect the essence of yoga as a path to transformation, not just a physical practice.
VINAY DHAMANDA- Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Asana Teacher
Bio-Vinay Dhamanda is an experienced Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher, known for his strong yet mindful approach to yoga practice. At Mrityunjay Yogpeeth, he leads Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow, and Mysore-style sessions, focusing on breath, alignment, and personal growth.
With a calm presence and deep understanding of the yogic path, Vinay guides students of all levels to build strength, flexibility, and awareness—on and off the mat.
CHIRAG BHATT- Yoga Anatomy Teacher
Bio-**Chirag Bhatt** is our **Anatomy teacher**, holding a **Master’s degree in Yoga**, and has seamlessly integrated the principles of yoga into his own life. With **good understanding of human anatomy**, he combines **scientific knowledge** with **practical insights**, making complex concepts easy to grasp. His **engaging and dynamic teaching style** keeps students captivated, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of the human body—an essential foundation for any bodywork or fitness discipline.
RAVNEET KAUR- Sound and Reiki Healing Teacher
Bio-Ravneet Kaur is a dedicated Sound and Vibration Healing Practitioner and teacher based in Rishikesh, India—the spiritual heart of yoga and wellness. With a deep-rooted passion for inner transformation through sound, Ravneet offers immersive healing experiences using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, mantras, and sacred instruments.
Trained in both traditional Himalayan sound practices and contemporary vibrational therapy, Ravneet combines ancient wisdom with intuitive presence to create deeply meditative and rejuvenating sessions. Her healing journeys are known for harmonizing the body’s energy centers, calming the nervous system, and facilitating emotional release.
Ireena- Alignment & Flow Yoga Teacher
Ireena is a dedicated yoga teacher from Russia, specializing in Alignment and Flow Yoga. With her RYT 500 certification and years of practice, she combines precision in postures with the fluidity of movement, creating a balanced experience for her students. Her classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness, making yoga accessible to all levels. Passionate about guiding others on their wellness journey, Ireena’s approach blends discipline with compassion, helping students deepen their practice both physically and mentally. She believes yoga is a path to harmony, balance, and self-discovery.

Assistant Instructors & Guest Teachers
Our assistant instructors are dedicated and experienced 200-hour Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 200) or 500-hour Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 500) as well as Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT 500) are always in our advanced mentorship and in house teaching programs. They also provide personalized support to students, peer-level guidance and a more approachable mode of teaching and learning in the early stages.
