  • Follow the daily schedule and treat teachers, staff, fellow students, and school property with respect.
  • Inform the kitchen team in advance if you plan to miss a meal so that food is not wasted.
  • Accommodation is reserved for enrolled students. Friends and family members cannot stay in the student accommodation.
  • Avoid activities that interfere with the course schedule or your participation in the training.

The standalone 100-hour certificate is a school-issued certificate of completion. It is not a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 qualification and does not by itself make a graduate eligible for RYT 200 registration.

Eligibility Criteria

The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is open to complete beginners, yoga enthusiasts, and casual practitioners who want to deepen their personal practice. No previous certification or advanced flexibility is required.

  • Applicants should be willing to follow an intensive residential schedule and participate fully in the training.
  • Students should understand enough English to follow classes, instructions, and course materials.
  • Existing injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or mental-health concerns must be disclosed before the course begins.
  • All students must follow the school’s code of conduct and maintain a respectful attitude toward teachers, staff, and classmates.

As part of your training experience, we organize weekend outings to explore Rishikesh’s spiritual and cultural heritage. Highlights include visits to sacred temples and attending the peaceful Ganga Aarti by the river - an unforgettable moment of connection and serenity.

Temple Visit

A serene Himalayan sunrise at Kunjapuri Temple offers breathtaking views of snow peaks. Ideal for Trataka (candle or sun gazing) meditation, enhancing focus and inner stillness. Best visited early morning (around 5–6 AM) to witness golden light, spiritual chants, and pure mountain air.

Cave Meditation
