By registering with our school, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. The school reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Students are encouraged to review this page regularly.
2. Eligibility & Health Disclosure
- Students must be at least 18 years old to join a program. Participants under 18 require written parental consent.
- You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or mental health concerns at the time of registration.
- Participation is at your own risk. By joining, you affirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in yoga practices.
- The school and its teachers are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may occur during the course.
3. Code of Conduct & Campus Etiquette
We aim to create a peaceful, supportive environment rooted in yogic values. Students are expected to:
- Treat teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect.
- Abstain from alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and non-vegetarian food during the course.
- Refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behaviour.
- Maintain cleanliness and take care of school property.
- Follow the daily schedule and discipline of the program.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
4. Dress Code
- Modest, comfortable clothing appropriate for yoga practice is required.
- Please avoid revealing attire, swimwear, or clothing with offensive prints.
- White or light-colored clothing is encouraged during spiritual practices and ceremonies.
5. Attendance & Certification
- Attendance in all classes, workshops, and activities is mandatory.
- Students who miss more than three sessions without valid reason may not be eligible for certification.
- Certification will only be granted upon successful completion of coursework, assignments, and final evaluations.
6. In-Class Etiquette
- Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off or kept silent during classes.
- Recording audio or video without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Students should arrive on time and maintain silence in the classroom to respect the learning environment.
7. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
- A deposit is required to secure your spot in any program.
- All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the school cancels the program.
- In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, visa issues), fees may be deferred to a future course with prior approval.
- Students leaving the course midway are not eligible for a refund.
8. Media & Intellectual Property
- The school may take photographs or videos during classes and activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before your course begins.
- All study materials, manuals, and course content provided are the intellectual property of the school and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The school is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Students participate in all activities at their own risk.
- By joining the program, you agree to release the school, its teachers, and staff from any liability related to injury, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
